R-75-29 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF TAKE ELMO <br />4lASHINGTON COUNTY, MIlNNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING WASHINGTON COUNTY°S <br />REQUEST FOR AN INTERCHANGE AT COUNTY STATE <br />AID HIGHWAY NO. 15 AND INTERSTATE No. 94 <br />WHEREAS,a r of the City of take Elm has over <br />last <br />+.f periodically .,arm <br />several : <br />plans <br />or the City of Lake Elmo and has fromiCounty <br />Highway Department with regar♦ to the samematterl and <br />WHERMLS, the City Council has determined that it would be in the best <br />interests of the City of Lake Elmo if the Minnesota Highway Department Were <br />to provide for an interchange at the intersection of County State Aid High- <br />way NO. 15 and Interstate Highway No. 94s <br />HOWB THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED® by the City Council of the -City of Lake <br />Elmo that the City of Lake Elmo endorses the request of Washington County for <br />such an interchange and hereby urges the Minnesota Highway Department to in- <br />corporate plans for such an interchange in its proposals for the construction <br />of interstate Highway No. 94. <br />MAYNARD L.
