R-75-30 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING PAYING AGENT <br />WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Lake Elmo has heretofore <br />designated The First National Bank of St. Paul, Minnesota, Paying Agent <br />of the City of Lake Elmo with respect to the said City Street Improve- <br />ment Bonds of 1974; and <br />WHEREAS, It is the desire of said City Council and Paying Agent <br />to enter into a written agreement relating to the said Bank's responsi- <br />bility as Paying Agent: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City <br />of Lake Elmo that the Mayor and Clerk of said City be and hereby are <br />authorized to enter into an agreement relating to paying agency with <br />said Bank in substantially the form annexed hereto and made a part <br />hereof as Exhibit "A". <br />Adopted by the City Council this 19th day of August, 1975. <br />_(� A � <br />- - ) k MayK a d L.
