R-75-32 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPLICATION FOR <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK PLANNING GRANT <br />WHEREAS, funds from the Department of Urban Development may be available <br />through the Community Development Block Planning Grant program to assist the <br />City of Lake Elmo in paying for flood control improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determines that it would be in the best interests <br />of the City to make application for such funds at such time as applications are <br />again being accepted: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council that the City Attorney <br />is authorized to prepare and make such application in time for the same to be <br />considered for the next allocation for which applications will be accepted by <br />the Department of Housing and Urban Development. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 2nd day of September, 1975. <br />'ej, 46� <br />Mayn L.
