R-75-32 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY Or LAKE ELMO <br />WASIIXNGTO14 COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPLICATION FOR <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK PLANNING GRANT <br />WHEREAS, funds from the Department of Urban Development may be available <br />through the Community Development Block Planning Grant program to assist the <br />City of Luke Elmo in paying for flood control improvements; and <br />,, <br />AS# the City Council determines that It would be in the boat Interests <br />of the City to make application for such funds at such time SJ applications are <br />rgain being accepteds <br />NOW# 'WHEREFORE, RE IT IMSOLVED, by the City Council that the City .Attorney <br />is authorized to prepare and make such application in time for the same to be <br />considered for the next allocation for which applications will be accepted by <br />the Department of Housing and urban Development. <br />MAYNARD L.
