R-75-34 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING GENERAL LEVY FOR 1975 <br />WHEREAS, the City Treasurer has prepared a proposed budget <br />for 1975 under the direction of the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed said budget and determined <br />the amount needed from property taxes in the year 1976 is <br />$215,592.00: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Clerk be authorized <br />and directed hereby to certify to the County Auditor a general <br />levy for the City of Lake Elmo in the amount of $215,592.00 <br />consisting of $144,092.00 subject to local levy limits and <br />$71,500.00 in speciallevies. <br />A general levy against taxable property in the City of <br />Lake Elmo in said amount is hereby approved for collection <br />with the taxes payable in the year 1976. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 14th day of October, 1975. <br />Mayn d L.
