R-75-35 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LACE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID <br />FOR WELL IN PEBBLE PARK <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the installation of <br />a well in Pebble Park, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to <br />law and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement: <br />E. H. Renner & Sons Well Co. $6,621.00 <br />Keys Well Drilling Co. 7,250.00; and <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the bid of E. H. Renner & Sons Well Co. is the <br />lowest and that said E. H. Renner & Sons Well Co. are the lowest responsible <br />bidder: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo: <br />1. That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter <br />into an appropriate contract with said E. H. Renner & Sons Well Co. in the name <br />of the City for installation of the said well in accordance with the plans and <br />specifications therefor approved by the City Council and on file in the office <br />of the City Clerk, subject to approval of said contract by the City Engineer and <br />the City Attorney. <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith <br />to all bidders deposits made with their bids, except that the deposit of the <br />successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until the contract <br />has been signed. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 21st day of October, 1975. <br />'.c '0.�'-e'� <br />Hard L.
