R-75-37 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING PAYING AGENT <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo has heretofore desig- <br />nated The First National Bank of St. Paul, Minnesota, Paying Agent of the City <br />of Lake Elmo with respect to the $739,000.00 park bond issue of 1974; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council and the Paying Agent to en- <br />ter into a written agreement relating to said Bank's responsibility as paying <br />agent: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lake <br />Elmo that the Mayor and Clerk of said City be and are hereby authorized to <br />enter into an agreement relating to a paying agency for said bond issue with <br />said Bank in substantially the form annexed hereto and made a part hereof as <br />Exhibit "A". <br />Adopted by the City Council this 4th day of November, 1975. <br />nn <br />Mayna�l L.
