MINUTES OF THE LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL MEETING, FEBRUARY 17, 1976--pg. 2 <br />Lake Jane Hills: Bruce Folz explained the 2nd. Addition and asked <br />approval of preliminary plat. The question of park <br />dedication was raised. Mr. Folz explained that in the <br />original proposal for 100 acres in Lake Jane Hills a <br />7-1/2 acre site was suggested for dedication. Counsel <br />to review file and relay findings to Par}: Advisory Board. <br />Motion by Councilman Shervheim 2nd by Councilman Pott <br />to give preliminary approval of plot plan subject to <br />comments from Park Advisory Board, counsel and planner. <br />Carried 5-0. <br />Claims: Motion by Councilman Shervheim 2nd by Councilman Pott <br />to approve payment of claims 76102 thru 76118. <br />Carried 5-0. <br />Minutes: Motion by Councilman Shervheim 2nd by Councilman <br />Abercrombie to approve minutes of February 3, 1976 <br />meeting of the council as submitted. Carried 5-0. <br />Berschen Shores: Motion by Councilman Shervheim 2nd by Councilwoman <br />Lyons to approve plat for Berschen's Shores, 2nd. <br />Addition.
