Pott seconded that permission be granted for a minor <br />sub —division upon written documentation among owners agreeing that new <br />parcel is not a buildable lot and that fill placed on the lot is graded <br />into a drive —way to lake shore. Motion carried 5 — 0. <br />Association of Metro —Municipalities: L. Shervheim moved, F. Pott seconded <br />to join the Association of Metro —Municipalities for one year. <br />Motion carried 5 — 0. <br />Claims: Motion by B. Abercrombie and seconded by D. Lyons to pay bills <br />thru 76386. Motion carried 5 - 0. <br />Abatements: B. Abercrombie moved, F. Pott seconded motion to grant abatement of <br />L. Shervheim (37700 2050 thru 2550) and M. Friendt (37024 2900) <br />for 1,975 taxes payable 1976 in line with values agreed to at the <br />Board -of Review on the same properties for the year 1976.
