Shervheim, a program was authorized <br />as per the June 25, 1976 letter of City Engineer in seal coating <br />as stated except the following streets are deleted: 33rd, 36th, <br />37th and Jamley Avenue. Road patching will be done by City <br />maintance personnel. Engineer is instructed to draw specification <br />and prepare for bidding of program. Motion carried 5 — 0. <br />Lake Elmo School Addition: Mark Windsor of Bissell, Belair and Green, Architects, <br />representing Stillwater SchoolDistrict, discussed the proposed <br />four classroom addition to Lake Elmo Elementary School. The Council <br />requested that he communicate to the School District the City's <br />concerns over the present problems of traffic, safety, and -health <br />of the educational plant. The City requested that the district present a <br />plan to overcome these concerns at the time they request necessary <br />permits for the addition. Information concerning the septic system, <br />size, frequency of pumping, and effectivness of system be relayed <br />to Cityengineer for review. It seems that updating of system would <br />be a condition of the permit. <br />Emergency Communication System: F. Pott was appointed to investigate an <br />emergency communications system for City's use on a motion by <br />B. Abercrombie and seconded by L. Shervheim. Motion carried 5 — 0. <br />Correction of Minutes: June 1, 1976 City Council minutes are to be corrected <br />as follows: page 2 — Demontreville Highland Contract, cont. <br />line 8: " . . . not cleared by anticipated park purchase closing <br />on June 1�, 1976.« <br />On motion of L. Shervheim seconded F. Pott, minutes of June 1, 1976 <br />approved as corrected. Motion carried 5 — 0. <br />Lake Jane Hills — 2nd Addition: Bruce Folz requested final approval of this plat. <br />Engineer Bonestroo said he needed more time to study storm sewers and <br />water run—off and information to determine necessary bond or letter <br />of credit amounts. It was stated that there could be a problem with <br />the VBWD as to water storage. L. Shervheim moved and D. Lyons seconded <br />to approve Take Jane HillsSecond Addition subject to proper bond, <br />park dedication by warranty deed, and a prepared acceptable <br />Development Agreement, as well as a sideyard building setback <br />for lots 5 and 6. Block 2 of 20 feet from the easement line, thus <br />a permanent building spacing requirement of a minimum of 80 feet <br />between these lots. Motion carried 5 — 0. <br />
