Don Raleigh Councilman Shervheim moved to approve the minor subdivision appli- <br />Minnr Subd. cation of Don Raleigh in accordance with the recommendations of <br />the Planning Commission set forth in the Planning Commission <br />minutes of December 14, 1976, and subject to the conditions im- <br />posed by the Planning Commission - namely, that Mrs. Gladys <br />Johnson be allowed to convey approximately one -tenth of an acre <br />to Raleigh to be attached as an inseparable part of Lot Four (4) <br />Meiers Park Third Addition so that the one -tenth of an acre plus <br />Lot Four (4) shall be one building site. <br />That upon filing a certificate of survey by a Registered Land <br />Surveyor containing the complete legal description thereof <br />the remaining 1.2 acre parcel owned by Mrs. Johnson may be <br />subdivided, by her, into two parcels one parcel containing her <br />present homestead and the other parcel, containing approximately <br />six -tenths of an acre, and fronting on Laverne Court North. <br />Provided, however, no building permit shall be issued for the <br />parcel fronting on Laverne Court North until such time as muni- <br />cipal sanitary sewer is available to serve the property. <br />Seconded by Abercrombie. Carried 5-0. <br />Special Use The Council reviewed the various Special Use Permits outstanding. <br />Permit Motion by Councilman Abercrombie, Seconded by Shervheim that all <br />Renewals Special Use Permits be renewed with the exception of the Patti Homes <br />Special Use Permit which should be held in abeyance until the appli- <br />cant has an opportunity to appear before the Council and discuss <br />the problems of break-ins and storage of personal property on the <br />premises which have been called to the attention of the Council <br />by Officer Fuerstenberg. Carried 5-0. <br />Gake Jane The Clerk reported receiving complaints that the street sign <br />Prail marking the division line between Lake Jane Trail and 45th Street <br />North was located in the wrong place. Councilman Pott indicated <br />that he would have the maintenance department review the location <br />of the sign and move it if necessary. <br />,ights for Councilman Shervheim moved that hours for lights on the skating rink <br />Ice Skating be established as 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Sundays through Thurs- <br />days, inclusive, and 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. <br />Seconded by Councilman Pott. Carried 5-0. <br />'ertificates Councilman Abercrombie moved that the persons named on the attached <br />)f Apprecia- list who served the City in various capacities during the past year <br />:ion be issued appropriate certificates of appreciation commending them <br />for that service. Seconded by Councilman Shervheim. Carried 5-0. <br />'laims Councilman Shervheim moved that the claims listed as No's 77117 <br />through 77189 be paid. Seconded by Councilwoman Lyons.
