La„-Ifill Motion by Councilman Abercrombie, seconded by Councilwoman Lyons <br />authorizing Clerk to write letter to County regarding City acquisition <br />of Landfill property and buildings. Carried 5-0. <br />MAPSI Motion by Councilwoman Lyons, seconded by Councilman Shervheim to <br />Contract approve contract with Metropolitan Animal Patrol Service Incorporated <br />for animal patrol, at same rate schedule as 1976, for 1977. Carried 5-0. <br />Cimarron Motion by Councilman Shervheim, seconded by Councilwoman Lyons to <br />approve renewal of Special Use Permit to maintain and operate a <br />trailer coach park pursuant to Ordinance #32 of the Town of East Oak- <br />dale. Renewal subject to their taking positive action relative to <br />nonconforming uses that they make application for amendment. <br />Recessed at 6:30. <br />Reconvened at 7:36. <br />AcCollar Dr.MaCollar appeared in person and with his attorney Robert Herr. <br />vacation Mr. Herr spoke in favor of granting Dr. McCollar's petition to <br />vacate part of the public beach in Lane's DeMontreville Country <br />Club Addition abutting his property. The hearing was opened at <br />7:36 p.m. Other than the petitioner the only person Eppearing <br />was Mr. Harry Zabrok who objected to granting the petition on the <br />grounds that such public land should not be vacated. Hearing <br />closed at 8:10 p.m. <br />._.Schaefer Motion by Councilman Shervheim to express an intent to approve <br />kppli. for the minor subdivision at such time as the Subdivision Ordinance, <br />4inor Subd. now being considered, is adopted, since it appears that the proposed <br />new Subdivision Ordinance would permit the subdivision such as that <br />proposed by the applicant. Seconded by Fran Pott. Carried 5-0. <br />Bruce Folz, Surveyor and Land Planner, appeared for the applicant and, <br />accordingly, requested that the application be tabled for 90 days so <br />that it might be considered after the new Subdivision Ordinance is <br />adopted. <br />)eMontre- Motion by Councilman Shervheim to approve the Plats of DeMontreville <br />Tille High- Highlands 2nd Addition, 3rd Addition and 4th Addition subject to <br />Lands Add. the applicant entering into the usual development agreement, in a <br />2, 3, 4 form satisfactory to the City Attorney, providing for installation <br />of improvements and other requirements of the City ordinances as may <br />be determined necessary by the City Engineer. And further subject <br />to applicant giving the City a right of first refusal to purchase <br />Outlot A. Seconded by Councilman Abercrombie. Passed 5-0. <br />)eMontre- Councilman Shervheim moved to release Lots 4 and 5, Block 2 of De- <br />Tille High-Montreville Highlands from the security agreement taken by the City <br />Lands 1st to insure installation of storm sewer on the grounds that the storm <br />addition sewer requirements will be secured by the development agreement covering <br />DeMontreville Highlands 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Additions. Seconded by <br />Councilman Pott. Carried 5-0. <br />
