Bruce Folzs Motion by Mayor Armstrong 2nd by Councilman Shervheim to approve the request of Bruce Folz to retain the city engineer to design streets and storm sewers on the Lake Jane Hills 3rd, Addition and the Eden Park 2nd, Addition, As part of the approval, city would be developing a set of standards on these type projects, only these two projects are included in the authorization any additional projects would have to be submitted for special approval., Carried 5,0, Subvdivision regulations This should be scheduled for discussion and action at the council meeting June 21, 1977, PZC Secretarys Motion by Councilman Pott 2nd by Councilman Shervheim to approve per meeting rate of $2.5.00 for the recording secretary of the pzc on a temporary basis.
