Carried 5-0. <br />Council meeting recessed at 9:00 P.M. in favor <br />of hearing on street improvement (Ideal, Immanual <br />and 1st Avenue *forth) <br />Hearing opened. by mayor Armstrong at 8.00 P.m.. <br />Mayor defined purpose of hearing and then turned <br />over the presentation to rnaineer Noyes - Prin- <br />ciple items are total cost of 540,300 urhich amounted <br />to an individual cost of $2.1.88 per front foot. <br />(For more detail see engineer report). Citizens <br />were asked for comments and thev hesitated to <br />respond. Residents were not all represented so <br />council. agreed to recess the hearing until 8:00 <br />P.M. September. 6, 1977. Citi?en_s were invited <br />back and in -Formed that they couldsuhmit written <br />comments or verbal comments if they wished. <br />A copy of the engineers report will be mailed to <br />each affected. resident. <br />Meeting recessed at R:An P.". to he .reconvened at <br />8:00 P.M. on Tuesday September 6, 1977. <br />Council meeting reconvened.. <br />Clean - up Days: Motion by Councilman Pott 2nd by councilman �herv- <br />heim to authorize clerk to set clean-up days for <br />fall 1977 using last years schedule as a guide. <br />Carried 5-0. <br />(Dates OcEober 15, 1977 at Fire Department Parking <br />lot and OcbobeY'29, 1977 at Pebble Park. ?ours <br />8:00 P.M. to 12:00 Moon). <br />Tablyn Park 2nd Addition: r40tion by Councilman Shervheim 2nd by <br />Councilwoman Lyons to approve Preliminary Plat <br />of Tablyn Park 2nd Addition subject to conditions <br />specified by the P.R.r. (see minutes of August <br />8, 1977). Citv Engineer is authorized to start <br />work, on a pass thru charge basis, on design of <br />roads, ponding area, walkway, nark dedication and <br />drainage. Carried 5-0. Engineer to have prelim- <br />inary feasability r.enort ready for presentation <br />At council meeting September 6, 1977. <br />Stouvenal - Variance - minor sub -division: motion by Councilman <br />Shervheim 2nd by Councilwoman Lyons subject to <br />conforming with V.R.TAT.S. and P.R.C. requirements. <br />Carried 5-0. <br />Industrial Strength Waste Charges: Counsel nresented a proposed <br />resolution and asked council to review so they <br />can act on it at the Feptember 6, 1977 meeting. <br />
