Carried 5-0. <br />;'lotion by ^Mayor Armstrong 2n(I by Councilwoman Lyons to <br />approve renewal of Special Use Permit for 1978. <br />Carried 5-0. <br />Private parties serving any type of ]seer or Liquor <br />whether purchased or dispensed free will be required to <br />obtain a license from the city (fee $10.00). There are <br />certain obligations which the licensee must accept when <br />he applies for a license. Council <br />requested a list of all applicants for m--mbership on <br />pzc for consideration at council meeting January 3, 1978. <br />r4APSI: A new contract has been suL)mitted.but council is considering res er <br />ent <br />options. Clerk to request a 30 day extension on p <br />contract so council has this period to determine what <br />course of action to take. <br />Hunting ordinance: Counsel is preparing an ordinancel�endment for <br />consideration at meeting January 3, <br />78. <br />ncilman Morgan advised that the assessm• ent <br />Assessment Committee: Coue <br />committee was functioning and the spl°7mmeetin(: to <br />I:enneJy, would be at the January 3, 8 <br />discuss their position. <br />Resolution R77-18, Councilman Pott offered Resolution R77-18 requesting <br />a set of free Bocce Balls from"Governor's Bocce Ball <br />Program" 2nd by Councilman Morgan. Carried 5-0. <br />
