R-77-11 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING HELMO AVENUE CONSTUCTION <br />FUNDS <br />WHEREAS,it appears that there is a surplus of $10,238 in the <br />construction fund for the construction of Helmo Avenue: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said $10,238 shall be <br />transferred from said contruction fund to the sinking fund <br />maintained .for payment of the debts service on the said Helmo <br />Avenue improvement fund. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 15th day of November, 1977. <br />7VIL'a- <br />Thomas G.
