R-77-12 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING INTER -FUND TRANSFERS <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has been presented with a complete <br />audit of the City's financial affairs for the year ending December <br />12, 1976, prepared by DeLaHunt Voto and Company, Ltd, certified <br />public accountants; and, <br />WHEREAS, that audit contains certain recommendations for inter - <br />fund transfers of City funds in order to comply with applicable <br />laws, regulations and accounting practices: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the inter -fund transfers <br />recommended by said accountants as part of the said audit are <br />hereby approved and the City Treasurer is authorized and directed <br />to make the same. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 15th day of December, 1977. <br />Ct <br />Thomas G.
