Ray Krongard <br />3328 Kraft Circle North Plate 37235-2300 <br />Feels that value ($42,665) is excessive for size of house and <br />location. Compared it to Mechelke which sold for about $56#000 <br />and pointed out that this was a 3 bedroom and a better classed house. <br />The XAatz house if for sale at $52,000 and 92 customers have viewed <br />the house and it still isn't sold. <br />ACTION: Council to determine if reduction justified. <br />0 47 / 60 <br />lb. (Total $8,975 <br />of which $2,030 was land). His value would be between $2000 and <br />$2500. He recommends that value should be $53,650. <br />He .is in process of converting to Green Acres but it hasn't been <br />changed on the property plate as yert. <br />ACTION: Council action to correct error.
