1. That the Washington <br />and they are hereby, urged to <br />Lake Elmo Lake with an outlet <br />in size to the inlet. <br />County Board of Commissioners be, <br />take immediate steps to provide <br />under County Road 17 at least equal <br />2. That the said Board of Commissioners be, and they are <br />hereby, urged to extend their continuing approval to the actions <br />of the City of Lake Elmo taken, within City boundaries, as <br />emergency measures to protect the citizens of Lake Elmo and <br />their property - including the use of County land for the temporary <br />dike which is now controlling the flow of water out of Eagle <br />Point Lake. <br />3.
