Minutes of Lake Elmo City Council Meeting, September 5, 1978 pg 4 Ridgeway Drive --Vacation: Mayor ARmstrong offered Resolution R78-28-- "A Resolution Vacating a Public Street --Ridgeway Drive in Tablyn Park (Kaufhold ET AL Petition)" and requested council i approval.. Second by Councilman Pott. Carried 4-0. Foxfire: Mayor Armstrong offered Resolution R78-29 "A Resolution approving final plat for Foxfire" and asked council approval subject to acceptance of all the terms of the development agreement. Second by Councilwoman Lyons. Carried 4-0. Green Acres: Councilwoman Lyons offered Resolution R78-30 approving final plat of Springborn's Green Acres and asked for council approval subject to acceptance of all. the terms of the <' development agreement. Second by Councilman Pott. Carried 4-0. Demontreville Highlands, 5th. Addition: Councilman Pott offered Resolution R78-31. A Resolution approving the Preliminary Plat for Demontreville Highlands, 5th. Addition. Second by Council- woman Lyons. Carried 4-0. Clean-up Days: The following clean-up days have been set for 1978: AT Lake Elmo Fire Hall. Parking Lot: Saturday, October 21, 1978-- 8 to 12 noon At Landfill: Saturday; November 4, 1978-- 8 to 12 noon. Auditor's Contract: Motion by Councilman Pott- 2nd by Mayor Armstrong to approve contract with Dalahunt-Voto & Co. Ltd. for 1978 audit. Carried 4-0. Cimarron: Clerk reported that lie received word from Mr. Boelen of Cimarron that a number of citizens were disturbed because of all the vandalism that is occurring in Cimarron. This was discussed with the local police officer who stated that 75% of the calls and at least 50% of their time is devoted to Cimarron„ He does not see how they can allocate -any additional time to Cimarron„ Any action would have to be from within Cimarron Park. Minutes: Motion by Councilman Pott 2nd by Mayor Armstrong to approve minutes of the Council meeting, August 15, 1978. Carried 4-0. Meter Reader: Clerk advised that Meter Reader Joel Eder had submitted written resignation. Council will discuss at next council meeting. Bergman Mining Permit: Clerk advised that C&P Excavating had called and asked for permission to continue to remove the gravel which had been stock piled. Clerk instructed to inform C&P that they would have to takeout a Mining Permit and stockpile would have to he depleted within 12 months.
