Minutes of Lake Elmo City Council Meeting, September 5, 1978 pg 4 <br />Ridgeway Drive --Vacation: Mayor ARmstrong offered Resolution R78-28-- "A <br />Resolution Vacating a Public Street --Ridgeway Drive in <br />Tablyn Park (Kaufhold ET AL Petition)" and requested council <br />i approval.. Second by Councilman Pott. Carried 4-0. <br />Foxfire: Mayor Armstrong offered Resolution R78-29 "A Resolution approving <br />final plat for Foxfire" and asked council approval subject <br />to acceptance of all the terms of the development agreement. <br />Second by Councilwoman Lyons. Carried 4-0. <br />Green Acres: Councilwoman Lyons offered Resolution R78-30 approving final <br />plat of Springborn's Green Acres and asked for council <br />approval subject to acceptance of all. the terms of the <' <br />development agreement. Second by Councilman Pott. <br />Carried 4-0. <br />Demontreville Highlands, 5th. Addition: Councilman Pott offered Resolution <br />R78-31. A Resolution approving the Preliminary Plat for <br />Demontreville Highlands, 5th. Addition. Second by Council- <br />woman Lyons. Carried 4-0. <br />Clean-up Days: The following clean-up days have been set for 1978: <br />AT Lake Elmo Fire Hall. Parking Lot: <br />Saturday, October 21, 1978-- 8 to 12 noon <br />At Landfill: <br />Saturday; November 4, 1978-- 8 to 12 noon. <br />Auditor's Contract: Motion by Councilman Pott- 2nd by Mayor Armstrong to <br />approve contract with Dalahunt-Voto & Co. Ltd. for 1978 <br />audit. Carried 4-0. <br />Cimarron: Clerk reported that lie received word from Mr. Boelen of Cimarron <br />that a number of citizens were disturbed because of all the <br />vandalism that is occurring in Cimarron. This was discussed <br />with the local police officer who stated that 75% of the <br />calls and at least 50% of their time is devoted to Cimarron„ <br />He does not see how they can allocate -any additional time <br />to Cimarron„ Any action would have to be from within <br />Cimarron Park. <br />Minutes: Motion by Councilman Pott 2nd by Mayor Armstrong to approve <br />minutes of the Council meeting, August 15, 1978. <br />Carried 4-0. <br />Meter Reader: Clerk advised that Meter Reader Joel Eder had submitted <br />written resignation. Council will discuss at next council <br />meeting. <br />Bergman Mining Permit: Clerk advised that C&P Excavating had called and <br />asked for permission to continue to remove the gravel which <br />had been stock piled. Clerk instructed to inform C&P that <br />they would have to takeout a Mining Permit and stockpile <br />would have to he depleted within 12 months. <br />
