Carried 4-0. Councilwoman abstained. Mr. & Mrs. LeMire--hazardous Bldg., 8034 Mill. Trail No. Building Inspector recommends it; be razed. Request for a variance in size of house, lot size and lot frontage. Motion by Mayor. Armstrong 2nd by Councilman. Shervheim to approve variance in house size to minimum of 960 sq. £t., approve variation in lot sire and front footage and, approve replacement house construction providing water, sewer and elevation are within code. Carried 5-0. Motion by Councilman Shervheim 2nd by Councilman Pott authorizing issuance of order to raise building. Carried 5-0. Baptist Church -SUP: Councilman Shervheim offered Resolution R78-52, A resolution giving intent of approval of SUP subject to their meeting, the following requirements: The 4 requirements set forth in the minutes of.
