Minutes of City Council. Meet.ing,December 19, 1978. pg. 2 <br />Special Use Permits -continued: <br />Mining Permits: Motion by Councilman Shervheim 2nd by Mayor Armstrong <br />to approve renewal. of SUP, Mining, for Richert Pit, <br />J & W, Bergman and Hammes Pit. Carried 4-0. <br />Councilwoman abstained. <br />Mr. & Mrs. LeMire--hazardous Bldg., 8034 Mill. Trail No. <br />Building Inspector recommends it; be razed. Request <br />for a variance in size of house, lot size and lot <br />frontage. <br />Motion by Mayor. Armstrong 2nd by Councilman. Shervheim <br />to approve variance in house size to minimum of 960 <br />sq. £t., approve variation in lot sire and front <br />footage and, approve replacement house construction <br />providing water, sewer and elevation are within code. <br />Carried 5-0. <br />Motion by Councilman Shervheim 2nd by Councilman Pott <br />authorizing issuance of order to raise building. <br />Carried 5-0. <br />Codification: Motion by Councilman Pott 2nd by Mayor Armstrong to approve <br />the recodification of city ordinances as revised <br />and dated. Carried 5-0. <br />Jamieson Variance: 33rd. St. Lane N. & Lower 33rd. St. No. <br />Motion by Councilman Shervheim 2nd by Councilman <br />Morgan to allow a variance fora 7" setback from <br />33rd. St. Lane No.. Carried 4-0. <br />Councilman Pott abstained. <br />Baptist Church -SUP: Councilman Shervheim offered Resolution R78-52, <br />A resolution giving intent of approval of SUP <br />subject to their meeting, the following requirements: <br />The 4 requirements set forth in the minutes of. PZC; <br />No on street parking, appropriate landscaping, the <br />drainage will not be changed for any of the surround- <br />ing area outside of church property, exterior light- <br />ing control., driveway access to be away from homes <br />in the immediate area, adequate and alternate drainage <br />should be provided and all construction traffic. <br />should access off Kelvin. He asked for council <br />approval. Second by Councilman Morgan. <br />Carried 5-0. <br />State Aid -Gas tax rebate: The 5 year capital improvement program for <br />MSA Street Construction must be adopted by <br />December 31, 1.978. Anticipated revenue for 1979 <br />is $13,380. for road maintenance and $20,000. new <br />construction. The Revenue for 1980 is $13,380. for <br />maintenance and $50,000. for new construction. <br />Mayor Armstrong.offered Resolution R78-54,"A <br />Resolution Adopting a 'Five (5) Year Capital Improve- <br />ment Plan for New MSA Road Construction", and re- <br />quested council approval. Second by Councilman Morgan. <br />Carried 5-0. <br />
