R-78-13 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />NOTICE ON THE ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT WORKSHEET FOR FOXFIRE <br />ESTATES AND SPRINGBORN"S GREEN ACRES: AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR <br />TO EXECUTE SAID DECLARATION ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WHEREAS, the City Council and staff have reviewed the Environ- <br />mental Assessment Worksheet for Foxfire Estates and Springborn's Green <br />Acres; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council and staff have concluded that this <br />is a private action with no more than local significance; and, <br />WHEREAS, this project does not have the potential for signifi- <br />cant environmental effects; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF <br />LAKE ELMO, COUNTY OF WASHINGTON, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />THAT, the City Council approves a Negative Declaration on the <br />Environmental Assessment Worksheet for Foxfire Estates and Springborn's <br />Green Acres; and, <br />THAT, the City Council authorizes the Mayor to execute a Negative <br />Declaration Notice for an Environmental Impact Statement for this <br />project, because the project is not a major action and does not, as <br />proposed, have the potential for significant environmental effects <br />and the project is not of more than local significance. <br />Approve this th <br />seconded by L. <br />Adopted this the <br />Attest: <br />e 21st.day of March,.1978, in a motion by F.
