R-78-14 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON.COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT <br />OF BROOKMAN ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has prior to the date hereof <br />approved the Concept Plan for BROOKMAN ADDITION; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Lake Elmo <br />on Tuesday, February 14, 1978, duly held a public hearing to <br />consider the preliminary plat of BROOKMAN ADDITION as required by <br />the City Subdivision Ordinance; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission on March 14, 1978, <br />unanimously recommended approval of said preliminary plat <br />subject to restrictions being imposed on the right of access <br />from County State Aid Highway 17 and State Highway 212 to <br />individual lots in said plat and subject to an additional <br />twenty-five (25) foot drainage .and utility easement to be <br />provided along the right-of-way of County road 17; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said preliminary plat <br />and considered the recommendations of the Planning Commission and <br />the advice of the City Engineer and City Planner thereon: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo that the preliminary plat of BROOKMAN ADDITION <br />now on file with the City clerk be and the same is hereby, <br />approved with the following restrictions: <br />1. There shall be no additional access from individual lots <br />to State Highway 212 nor shall there be any additional major access <br />from individual lots to County State Aid Road 17; but the <br />owners shall have the right to establish additional secondary <br />access to said County Road 17 from that part of said plat lying <br />North of proposed 39th Street. <br />
