R-78-27 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE LEONARD ANDERSON PROPERTY <br />IN THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO. <br />WHEREAS, a building permit was issued by the City of Lake <br />Elmo to Leonard Anderson for constructionofhis residence on <br />his property located in said City; and <br />WHEREAS, the building permit issued to Mr. Anderson for <br />this purpose has now expired; and <br />WHEREAS, the City has taken legal action against Mr. Anderson <br />for his failure to have a valid building permit on the property <br />in question; and <br />WHEREAS, the Washington County District Court ordered Mr. <br />Anderson to immediately reapply for a building permit with the <br />City Council of the City of Lake Elmo and comply with any <br />conditions imposed by the City Council: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and extension through <br />December 16, 1978, is hereby granted to Mr. Anderson on condition <br />he enter into a Development Agreement providing for a strict <br />building time table and Mr, Anderson shall post a bond of an <br />amount to be set by the City. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 15thday of August 1978. <br />Thomas G.
