Cimarron = The Council either zone for a liquor establishment or <br />create a Special Use Permit for neighborhood commercial in the <br />Cimarron area and the Golf Course would become public. <br />f 2. Delete the R-1 Zoning for the Outlet bn Beutal.ts proposed plat. <br />3. Delete the triangle parcel on 20bb Street from R-1 and put it in <br />M Rural Residentia because it is over 10 acres. <br />!s. Add Neighborhood Commercial to the permitted uses in the Mobile Home <br />District by Special Use Permit and we would make the Neighborhood <br />0 Commercial in the Apartment Zone R-14 a Special Use Permit. These <br />Neighborhood Commerc:i.al. Districts would have to be interior to the <br />apartment complex or the mobil home park and are not designed for the <br />R general public. <br />5. We will add two Ag Zones for Schiltgen and Wheeler. <br />n ADDITIONAL CHANGES TO THE TEXT OF THE 'ZONING ORDINANCE. <br />Page 5 — Delete number 5 <br />N Page.7 — Add a defination of cluster to fit the 7 per 40 program <br />Page 7 — Delete number 39 <br />Page 8 — Delete number 52 <br />Q Page 30 — Delete paragraph number two (2) and add "Accept the out -lob or <br />remaining large lot" under GA <br />Page 31 — Delete paragraph number two (2) add "Accept the outlet or <br />remaining large lot" under 6 . <br />U Page 1F9 — Indicate the density bonus is in sewered areas only <br />Note — Wherever it gays R-1, R-2, R-3r R-4t etc., it should be changed <br />to RR, R-10 R-21 R-30 etc. <br />M ADDITIONAL PUBLIC INQUIRIES: <br />1. Joseph and Charlotte Moris — Wait for demand to rezone <br />® 2. Morgan — It is planned for R-1 — Wait for demand for rezoning <br />* Note — A11 Special Use Permits will be in Ag Zoning with the exception <br />that the Cimarron liquor business may end up a commercial zoning <br />or a SUP under Mobile Home <br />e <br />
