R-79-33 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />THE FEASIBILITY OF PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS IN <br />THE IRVIN COURT SUBWATERSHED. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo <br />has received a report prepared by Toltz, King, Duvall, Anderson <br />& Associates, with reference to the proposed improvement of the <br />Irvin Court Subwatershed; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of <br />the City of Lake Elmo, Minnesota, as follows: <br />1. The City Council will consider the improvement of <br />such drainage system in accordance with the report submitted <br />by Toltz, King, Duvall, Anderson & Associates, and the assess- <br />ment of contributing and benefited property for a portion of <br />the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes <br />Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of <br />$8,000.00. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed <br />improvement on the 31st day of July, 1979, in the Lake Elmo <br />Elementary School in the City of Lake Elmo, at 7:30 p.m., to <br />consider the feasibility of the proposed improvement and pro- <br />posed assessment; and at such time and place all persons own- <br />ing property affected by such improvement shall be given an <br />opportunity to be heard with reference to said improvement and <br />said assessment. <br />3. The City Clerk shall give mailed and published <br />notice of such hearing on improvement as is required by law. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo <br />on this 17thday of July , 1979. <br />T omas G.
