R-79-32b <br />aff-04]1li�i3A <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENT AND CALLING FOR <br />HEARING ON ASSESSMENTS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF FIRST <br />STREET AND IMMANUAL AVENUE. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo has <br />previously directed the City Administrator to prepare a proposed <br />assessment roll for the cost of improving First Street and <br />Immanual Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Administrator has notified the Ccuncil <br />that such a proposed assessment roll has been completed and <br />filed in his office for public inspection; and <br />WHEREAS, the said improvements were completed in accordance <br />with the plans and specifications therefore and have been approved <br />by the City Engineer: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo: <br />1. That the improvement as approved by the City Engineer be, <br />and the same is hereby accepted. <br />2. That a hearing shall be held on Tuesday, July 31, 1979, <br />at 7:00 o'clock p.m. in the Lake Elmo Elementary School <br />to pass on such proposed assessment; at such time and <br />place all persons owning property affected by such <br />improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard <br />with reference to the assessment. <br />3. The City Administrator is hereby directed to cause a <br />Notice of Hearing on the proposed assessment to be published <br />in the official newspaper and mailed to the owner of <br />each parcel described in the assessment roll in the time <br />and manner prescribed by law. Said Notice shall be in <br />substantially the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 3 day of July, 1979. <br />-b <br />Thomas G.
