ORDINANCE NO. 7902 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ZONING DISTRICT BOUNDARIES. <br />Section.l. The following described lands classified on <br />the zoning district map as set forth in Section 301.070 C(1) <br />as R-R (Rural Residential) are hereafter classified as A <br />(Agricultural) for zoning purposes and shall be subject to <br />all zoning regulations applicable to a general. business district: <br />All of the South Half of the Northeast Quarter <br />(S' of NEQ) of Section Three (3), Township Twenty- <br />nine (29) North, Range Twenty-one (21) West, <br />excepting therefrom the following described tracts <br />of land: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said <br />South Half of the Northeast Quarter (S� of NE4) <br />of Section Three (3), thence.West along the North <br />line of said South Half of the Northeast Quarter <br />(S31 of NE4) of said Section Three (3) for a distance <br />of Thirteen hundred sixty (1,360) feet; thence <br />South and parallel to the East line of said Section <br />Three (3) for a distance of Six hundred forty (_640), <br />feet; thence East and parallel with the North line <br />of the said South Half of: the Northeast Quarter <br />(53-, of NE4) of Section !Three (3) to a point on <br />the East line of said Northeast Quarter (NE34) Six <br />hundred forty (640) feet South of the point of <br />beginning. <br />Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take <br />effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication <br />according to law. <br />1980.
