q <br />WHEREAS, the above -described land was not at the time of <br />the application a separately described parcel of record; and <br />WHEREAS, there does not appear to be any reason related <br />to the public health, safety and welfare which would require <br />a denial of said rezoning and minor subdivision for said <br />property; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo Planning Commission <br />considered the proposed rezoning and minor subdivision on <br />May 28, 1980, and recommended the approval thereof; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE l:T RESOLVED, by the City Council. of <br />the City of Lake Elmo as follows: <br />1. The application of William Lundquist for a rezoning <br />and minor subdivision of the above -described real estate is, <br />hereby granted. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo this <br />3rd day of June, 1980. <br />Thomas G.
