R-80-45- <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION REDUCING THE DEVELOPERS PERFORMANCE <br />BOND FOR THE PLATS OF DEMONTREVILLE HIGHLANDS 5TH <br />ADDITION AND DEMONTREVIL13E HIGHLANDS 6TH ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the Developers of Demontreville Highlands <br />5th Addition and Demontreville Highlands 6th Addition have <br />completed a substantial amount of the improvements required <br />for final approval by the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the Developers have requested a reduction <br />in the Performance Bond for said subdivisions; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council <br />of the City of Lake Elmo as follows, to -wit: <br />1. The Developers Performance Bond for the plats of <br />Demontreville Highlands 5th Addition and Demontreville High. - <br />lands 6th Addition be, and the same hereby are, reduced to <br />the sum of $5,000.00. <br />2. Said Developers shall complete, as soon as possible, <br />the work required in the City of Lake Elmo Engineer's Punch <br />List forwarded to said Developers' Engineer on Tuly 21, 1980. <br />Adopted by the City Council. of the City of Lake Elmo <br />this 15 day of 1980. <br />Thomas G.
