R80-25 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION RECINDING RESOLUTION 80-8. <br />WHEREAS, the'City Council of the City of Lake <br />Elmo did on January 15, 1980, adopt a resolution providing <br />for the vacation of a street in the plat of Tablyn Park <br />known as Ridgeway Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, said resolution was conditioned upon <br />owners of the property abutting on said street each paying <br />a proportion of the cost of said vacation proceedings; and <br />WHEREAS, although the City has requested such <br />payment from all said owners, that payment has not been <br />forthcoming from all said persons; and <br />WHEREAS, Resolution 80-16 adopted by the City <br />Council March 18, 1980, provides for selective vacation of <br />Ridgeway Drive, <br />NOW)THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council <br />of the City of Lake Elmo that Resolution 80-8 be and the <br />same hereby is, recinded. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lake <br />Elmo this the 15th day of April, 1980. <br />(2 ry <br />Thomas G.
