R80-24 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING TIIE <br />OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo <br />Comprehensive Plan for said City, the most <br />of which was adopted in 1979; and <br />SIVE PLAN <br />adopted a <br />recent revision <br />WHEREAS, the Washington County Highway Department <br />has requested the City indicate a corridor for the fixture <br />extension of County State Aid Highway 15 from State Trunk <br />Highway 36 to State Trunk Highway 5 (212), principally located <br />within the City of Lake Elmo, County of Washington; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission after <br />due notification, held a public hearing on this request <br />April 14, 1980; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the recommendations <br />of the Planning Commission at a regular City Council meeting <br />April 15, 1980; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council <br />of the City of Lake Elmo that: <br />The Comprehensive Plan of the City of Lake Elmo <br />is hereby amended to include a corridor for the future <br />construction of C.S.A.H. 15 from State Trunk Highway 36 to <br />State Trunk highway 5 (212). <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of.
