R80-21 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY <br />ADMINISTRATOR TO SIGN AN EASEMENT TO WASHINGTON <br />COUNTY FOR DRAINAGE ALONG COUNTY ROAD 6. <br />WHEREAS, County State Aid Highway 6 (C.S.A.H. 6) serves <br />many residents of the City of Lake Elmo; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo did <br />adopt Resolution 80-13BF approving the plans and specifications <br />for the improvement of C.S.A.H. 6; and, <br />WHEREAS, those plans and specifications include the <br />drainage facility for which the City is being asked to grant <br />an easement; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Washington County Highway Department has <br />assured the City that the access to Tablyn Park will be restored <br />once construction of C.S.A.H. 6 is complete; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO THAT: <br />The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized <br />to execute an easement from the City of Lake Elmo to Washington <br />County for the pnrposes of drainage described as Drainage <br />Easement Parcel 49, Washington County Highway Right of Way Plat <br />No. 23, filed and of record in the Washington County Recorder's <br />Office. <br />ADOPTED, this the 15th day of April, 1980, by the <br />City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, Washington, County, <br />Minnesota. <br />Thomas Armstrong, Mayor -- <br />ATTEST: <br />Laurence B.
