LAKE ELiMO CITY COUNCIL PMEETING, MARCH 17, 1981 -12- <br />ADiMINISTRATOR'S REPORT: <br />K. Well #2 - The Administrator reported that the well will need <br />to be pumped and the water tested before the pump is pulled and <br />televised. He said McCarthy Well estimated the cost at between <br />$800 and $1,000. <br />The Council instructed the Administrator to have the Maintenance <br />Foreman handle the pumping and testing. If technical difficulties <br />arise, then _McCarthy can be called. <br />COUNCIL REPORTS: <br />A. Mayor Eder - 'Metropolitan Governance Bill - <br />The Administrator is waiting receipt of the Bill. <br />B. Battle Creek Assessment - The Administrator reported that <br />a copy of Woodbury's report to Battle Creek is available in the <br />City Office. <br />C. Kroy Industries - The Administrator contacted the City <br />of Oakdale and they indicated that they are not interested in <br />running the sewer line, that will serve Kroy Industries, down <br />to Lar e Elmo. '"hey want the sewei available to serve <br />development that will occur in Oakdale. <br />D. Council Chairs - Mottaz asked if the City will donate one of <br />the straight -back chairs to the North St. Paul Historical Society. <br />They were manufactured in North St. Paul by Luger Lumber. <br />Eder moved, seconded by Morgan, to donate one straight -back chair <br />to the north St. Paul Historical Society.
