Commencing at the northwest corner of said Northeast <br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NE4 of SW'); thence South 00 <br />degrees, 46 minutes, 34 seconds East, bearing oriented to the <br />Washington County Coordinate System, South Zone, along the west <br />line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NE4 of <br />SW4) a distance of 657.56 feet to a 2 inch iron pipe monument; <br />thence North 89 degrees, 24 minutes, 43 seconds East 160.00 <br />feet to a one-half inch.iron pipe monument and the east line of <br />the west 160.00 feet of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest <br />Quarter and the point of beginning; thence continue North 89 <br />degrees, 24 minutes, 43 seconds East 149.18 feet to a one-half <br />inch iron pipe monument; thence South 01 degree, 00 minutes, <br />08 seconds East 387.17 feet to a 1-14 inch iron pipe monument; <br />thence South 00 degrees, 48 minutes, 44 seconds East 183.72 feet <br />to a one-half inch iron pipe monument and the northerly right- <br />of-way line of Trunk Highway 5; thence northwesterly along said <br />right-of-way line 153.58 feet to a one-half inch iron pipe <br />monument and said east line of the west 160.00 feet of the North- <br />east Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NE-34 of SW4); thence North <br />00 degrees, 46 minutes, 34 seconds West along said east line a <br />distance of 542.52 feet to the point of beginning, containing <br />1.92 acres, more or less. <br />WHEREAS, it appears the above -described land was not at the <br />time of the application separately described parcels of record <br />and; <br />WHEREAS, there does not appear to be any reason related to the <br />, <br />public health, safety and welfare which would require a denial <br />of this simple lot division; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission considered the proposed <br />simple lot division on April 13, 1981, and recommended the approval <br />thereof; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo as follows, to -wit: <br />1. The application of Robert Schoenecker for a Simple Lot <br />Division for the real estate described above, be and the same hereby <br />is granted. <br />2. The City Administrator is authorized to approve the <br />recording of any deeds required for the above -described parcels. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, this 21st <br />day of April, 1981. <br />Mayna L.
