R-81- 41 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT <br />FOR THE 1981 STATE AID I14PROVEMENT PROGRAM, <br />AND CALLING FOR A HEARING ON THE FEASIBILITY OF <br />A PROJECT TO IMPROVE 45TH STREET, JULEP, 47TH <br />STREET AND KEATS AVENUE FROM JANE ROAD NORTH <br />TO STATE HIGHWAY 36 PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA <br />STATUTES SECTION 429.011 TO 429.111. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo is eligible to <br />receive construction funds for the improvement of municipal <br />state aid highways for fiscal 1981; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council did on May 19, 1981 by <br />Resolution 81-38, order a feasibility study for an MSA <br />improvement project on 45th Street, Julep, 47th Street and <br />Keats Avenue from Jane Road North to State Highway 36; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the report of <br />the City Engineer at the June 2, 1981, meeting and accepted <br />that .report, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council <br />of the City of Lake Elmo that a public hearing be scheduled <br />for June 30, 1981„ at 8:00 p.m. to consider the feasibility <br />of the 1981, State Aid Improvement Program. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lake <br />Elmo this the 2nd day of June, 1981. <br />Maynard,/L.
