He stated that, at this <br />times i.t is questionable whether the lots can be built on. <br />He suggested a token value of $100 to'$2500. - <br />ASSESSOR ACTION: None - The assessor indicated that <br />a written verification from the City stating the lots',_ <br />are.not-buildable would be necessary before the valuation <br />can be reduced. The usual valuation on non -buildable <br />lots is 1/2 of market value. <br />
