R-81-70 C <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTO14 COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO <br />ARNOLD M. ENGSTRO14 FOR AN OPEN SALES LOT. <br />WHEREAS, Arnold M. Engstrom has made application to the <br />City of Lake Elmo for a Conditional Use Permit to operate an <br />open sales lot on property located in the City of Lake Elmo, <br />the address of which is 9200 Hudson Boulevard in said City, <br />and commonly known as J & W Marine; <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on this application by <br />the City•Planning Commission on November 9, 1981; <br />WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did on November 9, <br />1981, recommend the approval of said Conditional Use Permit <br />upon certain conditions; <br />WHEREAS, the area is zoned to permit this conditional <br />use; <br />WHEREAS, the application meets all of the requirements of <br />the City Code, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Lake Elmo <br />as follows: <br />1. The application for a Conditional Use Permit <br />for an open sales lot be and the same hereby <br />is granted upon the following terms and condi- <br />tions: <br />A. A maximum of 30 cars be allowed in the <br />permitted open sales lot. <br />B. Plan -Ling islands shall be installed and <br />completed by June 1, 1982 pursuant to <br />the site plan as submitted to the City. <br />C. Landscaping and planting shall be located <br />and approved by the City Engineer by the <br />City Engineer and the City Council of.Lake <br />Elmo. <br />2. The appliant shall not interfere with the parking <br />of any other businesses located adjacent to this <br />location. <br />
