Mr. DeNardo's credit references were checked and are
excellent; he would eventually like permission to build a fenced -in area
(about 5' x 161) outside to store raw materials; his business consists
of doing intricate, decorative artwork for churches in 15 states; he's
interested in local talent; he would eventually like to buy property in
Lake Elmo to house his business.
Questions brought up pertained to spray booth; disposal of waste
materials (he or rubbish hauler would haul it out) —it was noted that
building has on -site sewer only; and possible increases in prorated
tax and insurance rate.(consensus of Council is that these two items
are part of lease terms and should be worked on outside of Council
meeting between Mr. DeNardo and Whittaker).
