CITY COUNCIL MEETING, APRIL 20, 1982 <br />-11- <br />11. ADMINISTRATOR`S REPORT - Continued <br />C. Midland Meadows Plat Extension - <br />M/S/P Mottaz/Morgan to adopt R-82-26, A Resolution extending <br />Midland Meadows Final Plat approval.for one year. <br />D. Product Information Network - Whittaker requested Council <br />authorization to subscribe to Product Information Network <br />Service. This is sponsored by the City Managers Association. <br />The Council authorized the Administrator to subscribe to <br />Product Information Network Service on a three month trial <br />basis at a cost of $82. <br />E. Fire Department Budget Adjustment - The Fire Department <br />requested authoration to purchase $1340 worth of turn -out gear. <br />$800 has been budgeted. As there is a surplus of $540 in the <br />Radio Repair Budget, the department requests transferring these <br />funds to purchase the needed gear. <br />M/S/P Morgan/Mottaz to authorize the Fire Department to purchase <br />turnout gear at a cost of $1340; and approve a transfer of $540 <br />from the Radio Repair Budget to supplement the $800 budget amount. <br />F. :A°dministrator Vacation - The Administrator will take <br />four days of vacation the first week in May. <br />G. Cleaning Service - Whittaker reported that the Brookfield II <br />Build ng owners are -terminating their contract -with the cleaning <br />service. As the City has not been satisified with the service, <br />he recommended the City follow suit and eonsider hiring Mike , <br />Brockman, who will be doing the building cleaning; <br />The Council agreed to terminate the present service; but, <br />recommended advertising the job in the Newsletter before <br />considering contracting with Mike Brockman. <br />H. Brookfield II Open House - The Brookfield II Building will <br />hold an pOen House Apr 30, from 4:00 to 6:30 p.m. Refreshments <br />will be served. <br />2. MINUTES - April 6, 1982 - <br />Corrections - <br />°Page 7, 8.B, and, authorize a budget eammeaeuL-ate-w}th-the <br />aet#v}ties-aad-memextes. of $560 to cover the cost of activities <br />and mementos. <br />AJOURNMENT: M/S/P Mottaz/Morgan to adjourn at 10:50 p.m. <br />RESOLUTIONS: 82-23 - Cable Lobbying <br />82-24 - Beaubien Simple Lot Division <br />82-25 - Armstrong Large Lot Subdivision <br />82-26 - Midland Meadows - Plat Extension <br />ORDINANCE: 7933 -,Armstrong Rezoning <br />
