CITY COUNCIL MEETING, JUNE _4 1982 <br />-7- <br />10. COUNCIL REPORTS - <br />D. Mottaz - <br />4. Landfill Site/Waste-Energy Plant - Continued <br />He requested that s ce Lake Elmo will be the site for the <br />Waste to Energy Plant that the County Board eliminate Lake <br />Elmo as a future landfill site. Mr. Schaefer agreed, and <br />said he would lobby the other Commissioners. Mottaz encouraged <br />the other Council members to contact. Mr. Schaefer and urge <br />him to follow-up on this action. <br />E. Councillor Novak - No report <br />.11. ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br />A. Personnel Policy - <br />--Fraser - Item 5, 12. C. is repetitious. The Administrator will <br />clarify the wording. <br />M/S/P Eraser/Novak to adopt the Personnel Policy changes. <br />B. City Position on Project1006 - <br />Whittaker reported that the Board of Managers want to meet with <br />the Council June 7, to discuss the revised projer_t and Mn/DOT's <br />participation in the project, The Council will meet with VBWD <br />June 7, at 7 P.M. in the City Council Chambers. <br />C. CSAH 14 and 15 - Final Action - <br />Whittaker reported that the County ordered the intersection <br />improvements without the culvert under the tracks. The project <br />will proceed without the culvert with the drainage system - <br />remaining the same. <br />D. Audit Reports <br />M/S/P Morgan/Novak to acknowledge receipt of the City Audit <br />Report as prepared by Delahunt, Voto, Inc. <br />E. Manfactured Housing - <br />Whittaker urged the Council to submit their concerns and <br />suggestions on manufactured housing so that they can be passed <br />on to the Planning Commission for review and recommendation. <br />ADJOURNMENT; <br />RESOLUTIONS: <br />M/S/P Mottaz/Morgan to adjourn at 10:15 p.m. <br />82-37 - Water Tower Bid Authorization <br />
