R,-82�59 <br />3. :Page 4 - The City Administrator of. the City of <br />Lake Elmo shall be a member of the Administrative <br />Committee with all of the rights, duties, and nowers <br />of the other members of that Committee, <br />4, page 14 - The City of Lake Elmo shall have the <br />right to approve any change in the agreement or scope <br />of the Board responsibilities; and, <br />5. The budget reflects the costs of the studies the <br />City of Lake Elmo will have to make to determine the <br />feasibility of the project and the public improvements, <br />and amendments to our Comprehensive plan, to accomo- <br />date the Waste to Energy project; and, <br />THAT, the City of Lake Elmo request this recommendation <br />be accepted or we will be forced to oppose the project from <br />this day forward and will have to seek to stop the project by <br />whatever means are available and necessary, if these demands <br />are not met. <br />ADOPTED, this the 16th. day of November, 1982 by the <br />City Council of the City of Lake Elmo. <br />STGNED; t-de"' <br />Mavna d L .Eden- avor <br />AT ST: <br />Laurence E.
