Current system assures <br />someone will be made aware of the emergency -same system used by <br />the City. <br />--Eder - need a responsible attendant on the property. <br />--Ahrens - attendant on duty does not mean that that individual <br />can handle an emergency. <br />M/S/ Fraser/Mazzara 'reinstating -the language from Section 402.180 <br />to Section 302.120. Said section to read as follows: <br />"The operator or duly authorized agent shall be in attendance at <br />the park at all times and shall keep the park in a clean, <br />orderly, sanitary condition." <br />Discussion: <br />--Whittaker - believes this will accomplish very little, with the <br />cost of a 24 hr attendant eventually passed on to the residents. <br />Motion carried 3-2. Dunn and Morgan opposed. Dunn and Morgan <br />felt.the definition should be consistent with State Statute. <br />M/S/P Dunn/Fraser to adopt Ordinance 7947, an Ordinance amending <br />Chapter 300 of the 1979 Municipal Code of Lake Elmo to comply <br />with the new State Statute on Manfactured Housing, to incorporate <br />the revised standards for parking areas and Landscaping, to <br />clarify the definition of Conditional Use Permits in the Agricultural <br />Zone, and clarify the requirements for Two Drainfield Sites for <br />On -site Sewer, to set a minimum building width of 20 ft in <br />the R-1 zoning district, to clarify the 60o Rule for development <br />of previously platted lots, to correct the requirements for <br />Recreational Vehicles per State Statute, and recodify the Manfactured <br />Housing Park Ordinance as Section 302 of this Code; and adopt <br />a new Zoning District Map and Appeal Section 402 of the 1979 Code. <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br />C. Ordinance 7948 - Landscape Standards - <br />M/S/P Fraser/Mazzara to adopt Ordinance 7948, an Ordinance amending <br />Section 1404 and 1506 and 1602 to clarify the requirements for <br />landscaping and screening and recodifying Chapters 1500 and 1600 <br />of the 1979 Municipal Code of Lake Elmo as amended. <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br />D. Qrdinance 7946 - Buildinq Code -Incorporate Manfactured Housing <br />M/S/P Fraser/Dunn <br />the Building Code <br />landscaping plan <br />Code of Lake Elmo <br />7923 and 7925. <br />Carried 5-0. <br />to adopt Ordinance 7946, .an Ordinance amending <br />to permit Manfactured Housing and require a <br />and recodifying Chapter 500 of the 1979 Municipal <br />as amended and repealing Ordinances'7911, 7920 <br />
