(Carried 5-0) <br />14. ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br />A. City Release, Whittaker's Deferred Compensation, ICMRC - <br />M/S/P Morgan Mazzara to have Mayor send letter to ICMRC authorizing release of <br />Mr. Whittaker's deferred compensation. (Carried 5-0) <br />B. Volunteer, Ramsey/Washington Metro Watershed, CAC - <br />Valley Branch Advisory Committee is looking for nominee. Whittaker will contact <br />interested people in that area (e.g. Bob Dreher, Connco representative, etc.). <br />C. Nominee for VBWD Board of Managers -Al Horning's turn is up and <br />replacement is needed. Whittaker will pursue prospects from Baytown and West <br />Lakeland area and report on this at next meeting. <br />D. Severence Pay, Sick Leave - pamphlet was handed out for favorable/ <br />unfavorable comments for July 19 meeting. <br />E. Metro Water Quality Hearing - to be held August 2 on Lake Elmo, at Stillwat er. <br />F. Maintenance Water Department - M/S/P Morgan/Fraser to accept Mr. <br />Wisdorf's recommendation for both the trash pump (water main breaks, etc.) and <br />the Schoenstad locater (underground pipe) as presented. (Carried 5-0) <br />G. Liquor License, Jaycees Huff n' Puff Days - M/S/P Morgan/Mazzara to <br />waive liquor license fee for Huff n' Puff Days. (Carried 5-0) <br />H. Code Books - Councillors agreed to bring their code books into City <br />Office to update and collate them. <br />I.
