R_83- 27 <br />CITY 0,' LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />TO St. Croix Riverman Drum & Bugle Corp. <br />IN THE __GB ZONING DISTRICT FROM JANUARY 1, 1983 _ through <br />DECEMBER 31, 198 3 <br />WHEREAS, St. Croix Riverman Drum & Bugle orp� <br />has applied for a Conditional Use Permit for an open sales lot <br />on SW 4, SW-4 of Sec. 36, 1.29, R21,,except the S. 219.5 ft. <br />of the E. 847.7 ft. thereof. <br />at 11260 Hudson Blvd. <br />in the City of Lake Elmo from January 1, 198 3 through December 31, <br />198 3 ; and has submitted all required information and fees for the <br />application for such permit; and, <br />WHEREAS, Section 301 _070 D 7 a (8) _ __of the <br />Municipal Code of Lake Elmo requires a Conditional Use Permit to <br />operate an open sales lot in the GB Zoning, District _ <br />in the'City of Lake Elmo; and, <br />WHEREAS, Sections _ of the Zoning Ordinance <br />of the Municipal Code of Lake Elmo sets forth the conditions under <br />r4hich said permit may be granted and such use permitted; and, <br />WHEREAS, the applicant meets or exceeds all the conditions <br />set forth above; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo, <br />THAT, the Conditional Use Permit for an Open Sales Lot _ <br />at 11260 Hudson Blvd. <br />is hereby granted to St. Croix Riverman Drum <br />B ig>2p from January 1, 198 3 through December 31, 1983 subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />a. The flea market operation shall be for the same season as <br />the drive-in theater, that is, March through October of each year. <br />b. The flea market operation shall be on Sundays only and the <br />hours of operation shall be from 9 a.m, to 4 p.m. <br />C. The only sign for the flea market operation shall be on the <br />theater marquee. <br />d. The City reserves the right to require a licensed police <br />
