R83-42 <br />R E S O L U T I O N <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING THE BALANCE FROM THE FIRE TRUCK <br />ACQUISITION FUND AND THE FLOOD CONTROL FUND TO THE GENERAL <br />FUND <br />WHEREAS, the Fire Truck Acquisition Fund was established in <br />1980 to account for the purchase of a fire truck; and <br />WHEREAS, the Flood Control Fund was established to finance <br />the control of water problems; and <br />WHEREAS, financing was provided by the sale of the 1981 <br />Equipment Certificates for the purchase of the Fire Truck; and <br />WHEREAS, Valleybranch Watershed District has assumed the <br />responsibility for the control of water problems: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO THAT, the balance in the Fare Truck Acquisition <br />Fund in the deficit amount of ($540.33), and the amount in the Flood <br />Control Fund in the amount of $ 33,757.00 be transferred to the <br />General Fund <br />ADOPTED, this the 21 day of June, 1983, by the City Council <br />of the City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota <br />SIGNED: <br />tLeJ <br />Mayna L.
