R-83-43 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN <br />TAX FORFEITED PROPERTIES TO THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO. <br />WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota has acquired Outlot A <br />Dawcin Acres through tax forfeiture in the City of Lake Elmo; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, the City has determined that such property <br />is utilized for public street purposes; and, <br />WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota requires the City <br />Council to authorize an "Application by Governmental Subdivision <br />for Conveyance of Tax -Forfeited Land", by Resolution. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota: <br />THAT, the City Council requests the conveyance of <br />Outlot A Dawcin Acres, to the City of Lake Elmo, for public <br />street purposes. <br />THAT, the City hereby authorizes the Mayor and City <br />Administrator to apply for such conveyance to Washington County <br />and the State of Minnesota. <br />ADOPTED, this the 21 day of June, 1983, by the City <br />Council, City of Lake Elmo. <br />SIGNED: <br />,R, A -,0, e,e� <br />MaynaiYff L.
