R-83-61 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION OFFERING APPRECIATION AND THANKS <br />TO CHARLES M. CLAUSEN FOR HIS CONTRIBUTION TO <br />THE PARKS C014MISSION FROM <br />MARCH 15, 1982 <br />TO <br />SEPTEMBER 19, 1983 <br />WHEREAS, the Parks Commission appreciates the service <br />that Charles M. Clausen has given to the City as a Parks <br />Commissioner the past eighteen months. and: <br />WHEREAS, the. City Council has had the pleasure of work- <br />ing with Charles M. Clausen during his service on the Parks <br />Commission, and: <br />WHEREAS, the City Council and Parks Commission has <br />greatly appreciated his understanding of community needs and <br />goals and his assistance throughout the process of planning <br />and developing the City Parks system; and, especially, his <br />advice and effort in designing improvements to City Parks; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of <br />the City of Lake Elmo, that: <br />The City Council and each and every member, past and <br />present who had the opportunity to work with Charles M. Clausen <br />hereby offer their sincere appreciation and thanks to Charles <br />M.
