R-83-62 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR TEAL PASS <br />ESTATES. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo has <br />previously considered ana approved the preliminary plat of <br />Teal Pass ;states; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicants have now presented to the City a <br />final plat which conforms to the approved preliminary plat and <br />meets with the requirements of the City Subdivision Ordinance; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council does <br />hereby approve and accept the final plat of Teal Pass Estates, <br />as is on file with the City Clerk, subject to the following <br />condition: <br />1. The applicants shall enter into a Development Agreement <br />as required by the City Subdivision Ordinance, providing <br />for the construction of all streets and related improve- <br />ments to City standards. The developers performance of <br />said Development Agreement shall be secured by security <br />bond, cash deposit, or letter of credit in a form <br />approved by the City Attorney, or such other security <br />as may be hereafter approved by the City Council. The <br />amount of said bond shall be determined by the City <br />Engineer in accordance with the provisions of the <br />Subdivision Ordinance. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo this <br />Ist day of November , 1983. <br />Maynard 44 Eder, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Patrick D.
