R-83-19 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FEASIBILITY <br />REPORT FOR THE 1983 STREET REHABILITATION <br />PROGRAMiCALLING FOR A HEARING ON THE FEASI- <br />BILITY OF A PROJECT TO IMPROVE THE STREETS <br />IN TABLYN PARK ADDITION, KENDRIDGE ADDITION, <br />KENDRIDGE 2ND. ADDITION, BORDNER-GARNER <br />FARMETTES, AND FRIEDRICH HEIGHTS ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared a feasi- <br />bility study which has determined the need for a street <br />rehabilitation program on these streets, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council did on December 13, 1982, <br />by Resolution 82-64, order a feasibility study for the <br />improvement project in Tabl.yn Park Addition, Kendridge <br />Addition, Kendridge 2nd. Addition, Bordner -Garner Farmettes, <br />and Friedrich Heights Addition, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the report of <br />the City Engineer at the January 18, 1983;meeting and <br />accepted that report, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council <br />of the City of Lake Elmo that a public hearing be scheduled <br />for February 23, 1983, at 7:00 p.m., to consider the feasi- <br />bility of the 1983 Street Rehabilitation Program. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo <br />this the 18th. day of January, 1983. <br />�1 �"(-)t"f4'-,'J <br />MaynarW L.
